Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Gachi app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you affirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 16, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 16 without appropriate consent.

3. Use of the Service

Gachi is a mobile application designed to help couples connect, communicate, and share experiences through features like polls, stickers, and diaries. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations;
• Use the App for any harmful, abusive, or inappropriate conduct;
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the App’s integrity or security;
• Reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit the App or any portion of its content without written permission.

4. User Content

Users can create and share content such as polls and diary entries. You cannot create your own stickers but may use the ones provided by the App, some of which are free and others available with a Pro subscription.

You retain ownership of any content you create. However, by using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store your content to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for your content and must not post or share anything unlawful, offensive, or infringing.

5. Account Termination and Data Retention

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your account data is permanently removed. If couples disconnect, content shared between them (polls, diaries, stickers) is automatically deleted after 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

6. In-App Purchases

Gachi offers a Duo Access feature where Pro subscription benefits are shared between two connected users. If one user subscribes and is linked to a partner via the app, both users receive access to Pro features including premium stickers, unlimited polls, and exclusive templates.

Only the subscribing user is responsible for the recurring subscription fees. If either user cancels their subscription, Pro access will continue as long as at least one user maintains an active subscription.

We are not responsible for duplicate subscriptions. Users are advised to coordinate with their partner before subscribing. Gachi does not offer refunds directly. For refund inquiries, please contact your app store provider (Apple or Google).

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Luff Studio. You may not use our branding, design, or content without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our [Privacy Policy]. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luff Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Korea.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
